Servicing FAQs

How often should air conditioning be serviced?

We recommend an annual service for domestic systems and two visits per year for commercial systems in heavy use. Regular servicing keeps efficiency high and protects your manufacturer warranty.

What is an F-Gas leak check and do I need one?

Systems containing fluorinated refrigerant above 5 tonnes of CO2 equivalent must be leak-checked by a certified engineer at set intervals under UK F-Gas regulations. We include the check and the required records in our maintenance contracts.

Can you service a system that someone else installed?

Absolutely. We service and maintain all major brands regardless of who installed them.

What does a service include?
